In addition, when making corrections or deletions, we will notify customer himself as much as possible. Exceptions (1) If there is a risk that the life, body or property of the person or a third party may be harmed by clarifying the presence or absence of the personal information. 2 If there is a risk of promoting or inducing illegal or unfair acts by clarifying the presence or absence of the personal information 3 If there is a risk that the security of the country will be harmed, the relationship of trust with other countries or international organizations may be impaired, or that there may be a disadvantage in negotiations, as the existence of the personal information becomes clear. 4 If there is a risk that the prevention, suppression or investigation of crimes, or other public safety and order maintenance may be impeded by clarifying the presence or absence of the personal information. ○ About the optionality of information presentation Whether you are willing to submit personal information to our company is at your decision.
